There is an interesting company there in 3D print industry, MCOR. They introduce a program "The free D revolution". They are offering free D – part of our freeDrevolution campaign. That means, they provide you Matrix 300 3D printer for FREE and you can print an UNLIMITED number of parts – they supply you with all the materials, and of course the maintenance. Instead of paying for the printer, you need to sign up a contract with them for services.
The annual fee for this service will be around:
- One year contract: £9,950 / €11,400 / USD$15,600
- Two year contract: £7,600 / €8,700 / USD$11,900
- Three year contract: £6,600 / €7,500 / $10,450
In theory, you can print 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, but it is still be limited by the time and the capacity of your printer. As reader we are happy to see more business model appears in the 3D print industry.
